At MY STEAM MOP, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our product, we only offer refunds or replacements in the event of a defective or damaged item.

Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item

  • Photo or video evidence of the defect or damage must be provided

If your claim is approved, we will issue a refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for reasons other than product defects or damages. Please ensure the product is suitable for your needs before ordering.
